Family Recipes
From  16 Sep 2021  to  19 Sep 2021
The satellite event of 'Artigianato e Palazzo' dedicated to gastronomic culture

Since 2014, the Family Recipes initiative, curated by food journalist Annamaria Tossani, has been added to the side events programme of Artigianato e Palazzo. The idea also touches on culinary craftsmanship, with the aim of enhancing and promoting the strong link of today's gastronomic culture with that of centuries-old family recipes and traditional knowledge.

The 2021 Family Recipes events will take place in collaboration with the Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Florence - the oldest academy in the sector in Tuscany. Atelier Fornasetti, producers of excellence in design and decoration, will be a partner.

Everyday in the Rose Garden at 6pm, the directors of several important Italian museums will take part and propose recipes inspired by famous works or family memories as an opportunity for reflection on the recent phenomenon of the entry of Haute Cuisine into the museums.

The preparation of the dishes will be entrusted to the teacher-chefs of the Cordon Bleue School of Culinary Arts, prepared live in the kitchen set up by Riccardo Barthel

The audience will then be able to taste the result!

The programme:
