The Tuscan soup course takes you through the preparation of three versions of the Zuppa Toscana: soup, minestrone, and ribollita. After, the soup you'll have prepared will be cooked and served, enhanced by traditional condiments. During the lunch or dinner, you will taste some excellent Diacceroni wine.
During the course, which takes place in Italian and English, you can interact with our chefs, who will tell you anecdotes and curiosities related to traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed at your work station, where you will find your apron, a Diacceroni chef hat, and all the ingredients for the zuppa. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of the typical Tuscan family lunch, you will discover the secrets of the traditional recipes of our grandmothers.
