In the old barn where the Chianine cattle were once raised, today you can find the farm kitchen, a magical place where you can find centuries old recipes and the wonderful passion of grandmother Dinda and aunt Anna, returned once more thanks to Ilaria and her family.
You will be able to try your hand at preparing fresh pasta (pici, tagliatelle and gnocchi), and then move on to the appetizers (the products of which change depending on what Mamma Paola's garden is offering at that moment) as well as the preparation of dessert.
To end the course in style, take a seat at the table where you enjoy everything that has been cooked, accompanied by a glass of good wine.
