Massa Marittima, the pearl of the Maremma!
A fascinating city, with an almost completely intact Gothic urban structure and one of the most beautiful cathedral squares in Italy!

Our walk begins in front of the cathedral, overlooking the magnificent medieval buildings and a square incredibly exciting from an architectural point of view. The development of Massa Marittima began as a thriving city in the Middle Ages, of which the "Massetani", the inhabitants, are still proud today. Many stories and legends and two cities in one that we will discover together.

Our walking tour will take us through the historic center, with the possibility of visiting the cathedral, as well as the church of Sant'Agostino. During tour, that spans the centuries out, we will find out more about the city, enriched not only with historical facts and historical-artistic treasures, but also with exciting stories of characters, coats of arms, saints and geese.
