Lapo and Ilaria will teach you the traditional method for the production and aging of pecorino, a typical cheese in various areas of Tuscany. You will learn how to produce two other types of cheese with your own hands, raveggiolo and ricotta.
A unique and different experience during which you can visit the farm and see its animals up close, such as the rooster, hens, geese, ducks, and of course the sheep, from whose milk the cheese is derived.
To conclude, a tasting of Tuscan bruschetta, pecorino cheese, pasta and ricotta with jam. All accompanied by a good wine.
