Cooking class with tasting in Sorano
A unique culinary experience, exploring the flavours of the typical tuscan dishes at La Castagna Leopoldina

A cooking workshop in the heart of Maremma to explore the true flavours of Tuscany and learn about traditional recipes. 

A chef will guide you through the countless culinary uses for chestnuts, once referred to as “poor man’s bread”. You’ll get to create and taste traditional Tuscan food using outstanding zero-carbon footprint seasonal produce while discovering local specialities. During the class you can try your hand at making fresh chestnut flour pasta together with some sauces to go with it.

The class, lasting around 3 hours, is designed for both enthusiasts and those who are simply curious closer to the local cuisine. 

At the end of the workshop, you’ll get to taste the food together with excellent local wines immersed in the beauty of nature and surrounded by the majestic chestnut groves of La Castagna Leopoldina.
