If you want to discover all the best of Florence with a professional local-guide and in the meantime you want to feel free from time constraints, this innovative walking tour is perfect for you! In fact, the purchase of this tour will give you a pass valid for 1 day with the possibility of joining the tour in the morning or in the afternoon, starting from Piazza della Signoria: every day you can choose between different timetables.

You will be guided through an exciting 3-hour itinerary consisting of two different circuits, each with a duration of 1h 30. You can decide to follow the whole tour or to complete it at different times.

Your guide will let you live a journey through time by revealing to you history, anecdotes and secrets about this wonderful city. From the still visible traces of the Roman foundation of the city (in 59 BC), to the medieval era, up to the Renaissance. You will admire the most iconic monuments of Florence such as Palazzo Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti, the spectacular basilicas of Santa Croce and Santa Maria Novella, Ponte Vecchio and Santa Trinita and you will cross the Arno River to enter the picturesque district of Oltrarno. You will discover the ancient Basilica of San Lorenzo in the district of the Medici family, admiring their first residence and the chapels where they are buried. You will be breathless in front of the beauty of the Duomo monumental complex, with the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, the famous Brunelleschi's Dome, Giotto's Bell Tower and the beautiful Baptistery of San Giovanni.

But there’s more: if you wish, in addition to the guided tour, you can also experience an audio-guided tour provided by the APP included in the price. In this way you can explore other aspects of the city in total freedom by experimenting the thematic itineraries available on the app, including "Florence seen by Dante" dedicated to the great poet who was born and lived here until his exile.
