A exciting and educational experience dedicated to the excellence of the territory: the Tuscan extra virgin olive oil (Terre di Siena Dop and Tuscan PGI). An expert will guide you step by step in the knowledge of the basic principles of tasting.
You will learn to understand and recognize the quality of the product, starting from the organoleptic characteristics such as color, perfume and flavor. At the end of the lesson, which will take place at a mill, you will be able to recognize a quality oil and to create winning combinations on your table. You will immediately test what you learn by visiting an oil farm.
A delicious dinner or lunch also awaits you with a menu designed specifically for you: a selection of products and recipies to enhance the flavors of the oil.
