This course takes you through the preparation of Cantuccini, typical biscuits of the Tuscan tradition. The biscuits prepared during the course will be cooked and served at the end of the lunch or dinner that follows the cooking class, to taste them accompanied by vin santo.
During the dinner you will also taste some excellent Diacceroni wine.
During the course, which takes place in Italian and English, you can participate in the preparation of dishes and interact with our chefs, who will tell you anecdotes and curiosities related to traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed at your work station, where you will find your apron, a Diacceroni chef hat, and all the ingredients for the preparation of the dish. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of the typical Tuscan family lunch, you will discover the secrets of the traditional recipes of our grandmothers.
